Development of an Internet-based system to guide and telemonitor hearing aid users

This study evaluated the importance and effectiveness of using digital technology and reusable materials to provide teleguidance and telemonitoring to new and experienced hearing aid users and its impact on the performance and daily use of hearing aids. The individuals were followed for a period of eight to 12 months. The users' performance was monitored using the Speech Spatial and Qualities of Hearing Scale questionnaire.
