DESCRIPTION:The next biennial International Hearing-Aid Research Conferenc
 e (IHCON 2026) is scheduled for August 5–9\, 2026 (Wednesday to Sunda
 y) at The Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity in Banff\, Alberta\, Can
 ada.\n\nThe purpose of IHCON is to advance knowledge and facilitate progre
 ss in hearing-aid research and development through the exchange of current
  research findings and technical advances related to the treatment of hear
 ing impairment with hearing aids and other technologies.\n\nThe organizat
 ion of IHCON 2026\, as with previous IHCON meetings\, will emphasize the 
 international and multidisciplinary nature of the field and the rapid pace
  of developments occurring throughout the world. Both invited and cont
 ributed presentations will address current topics relevant to hearing-a
 id research.\n\nIf you are an advanced graduate student\, postdoc\, or jun
 ior scientist in industry or academia\, you may additionally wish to atten

 iately before IHCON at the same location\, on August 3–5\, 2026 (Monda
