VCCA 2026 – Presentation materials
If you are visiting this page, it is likely because your VCCA 2026 abstract has been accepted — congratulations!
Below you will find detailed information on how to prepare and submit your conference presentation materials, including presentation videos and posters. We hope you will have a smooth and positive experience preparing your materials, and we very much look forward to your contribution to VCCA 2026.
Please note that all conference materials must be submitted by 7 June, 2026.
Submit your Presentation Materials
Presentation materials must be submitted before 7 June 2026 via Microsoft’s Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) following the steps below.
- Log in to the VCCA 2026 portal on Microsoft CMT.
- In the Author Console, you will see your submitted abstracts that have been accepted for presentation at the conference.
- In the right-hand Actions column, click on Upload Supplementary Material.
- On this page, you will be able to upload your files.
- The system only accepts .mp4 and .pdf files, corresponding to the presentation video recording and the poster file, respectively.
- Please ensure that your files do not exceed the maximum upload size allowed by the platform.
- Click Save, review the Submission Summary, and then return to the Author Console.
Please note that you will not receive a confirmation email acknowledging succesful submission of the conference materials. Instead, you can verify that the upload was successful by checking that the files appear as Supplementary Files associated with your contribution in the Author Console.
If you require assistance, please consult the Supplementary Material Submission instructions available on the CMT platform, or contact the VCCA 2026 Organising Committee at vcca2026@computationalaudiology.com.
